Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that have not been previously published or simultaneously submitted to other journals. All submissions must correspond to the focus and scope of Al-Ushul.
General Requirements
- Manuscripts must be original scientific works free from plagiarism and academic
misconduct. - Articles may be written in Bahasa Indonesia, English, or Arabic.
- Manuscripts should be prepared using Microsoft Word format with clear academic
language and proper citation standards. - The article length should range between 5,000–8,000 words, including references.
- Submission is conducted through the journal’s online submission system.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring linguistic accuracy and reference consistency
before submission.
Structure of the Manuscript
The manuscript should contain the following components:
- Title
- Author(s) name without academic titles
- Institutional affiliation
- Email address
- Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia and English (150–250 words)
- Keywords (3–5 keywords)
- Introduction
- Research Method
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- References
Citation and References
- References should primarily consist of recent scholarly sources such as journal articles,
books, and academic publications. - Authors are encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley or
Zotero. - Citation and bibliography should follow the APA Style latest edition.
Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial review followed by a double-blind peer
review process. The editorial board reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet
academic standards, journal formatting requirements, or ethical principles.
